Frequently Asked Questions
Nope! Zero experience needed.
Our workshops and 4-week Intro to Wheel classes are designed for complete beginners. We’ll walk you through the process step-by-step.
We’ve got you covered on clay, tools, and equipment.
All you need to bring is:
Due to our limited class sizes, we don’t offer refunds.
You can reschedule up to 48 hours before your event date. After that, we’ve already prepped clay and a wheel just for you, so it’s locked in.
Our kilns stay pretty busy keeping up with the work of students, so we’re not able to offer firing services to outside potters at this time.
Similarly, our studio space is fully dedicated to our current students, and we don’t offer general studio access or memberships.
For now, the only way to access Open Studio (OS) is by enrolling in a 4-week or 8-week class, as OS is a perk included with enrollment. But we’re exploring options and hope to offer this in the future.
Open Studio (OS) is bonus studio time for our current 4-week and 8-week students to come in and work independently.
There’s no instructor during OS, but our on-site staff is always around to help answer quick questions.
OS is offered 2-3 days a week, and the schedule varies. You can find the latest OS hours on our Instagram and Facebook Stories & Highlights.
Access to OS is a free perk for enrolled students — no extra fees! To help keep it that way, we kindly ask everyone to treat it as a shared space. That means cleaning up after yourself:
A clean studio = happy potters. :)
Nuna offers one makeup class per session, as long as there’s an open spot in another class that fits your schedule. Makeups are subject to availability.
Just message us through our Contact Page to request a makeup.
